MISSION STATEMENT

BARZ Empowerment ,  LLC  is a community initiative founded by Bay Holla, created to uplift and empower individuals through the transformative power of music, mentorship, and wrap-around support. BARZ Empowerment  addresses the most critical needs facing inner-city youth and adults by providing a comprehensive program that fosters creativity, builds essential life and workforce skills, and creates a sense of belonging and purpose. By investing in our youth and supporting those most overlooked, we are building stronger leaders, safer neighborhoods, and a brighter future for our entire community.
